A slice of Florence,
brewed in India.

Founded by siblings Aditya & Ritika Sharma under Tiger Shark Hospitality. Trained in Florence. Roasted in Delhi.

Our story.

Our story started with Ritika's search for the perfect cup of coffee. As any younger sibling would, Aditya jumped in to help her out. What began as a small gesture to make his sister's day turned into an unexpected journey of discovery.

Impassioned with a mission of brewing the perfect espresso, Aditya flew from Delhi to Florence, where he earned his Italian Barista Certification. Powered with expert training from the Specialty Coffee Association, his vision became clear — make specialty coffee accessible and affordable in India, and brew the perfectly balanced roast suited for the Indian palate.

Pour Over Coffee Roasters was born from this shared vision. We're not just any coffee shop — we're your next favourite coffee roaster in town, serving bold, unique brews that bring a slice of Florence to India.

What sets Pour Over apart.

A Global Approach with Local Expertise

Our Chief Barista Aditya trained at the Florence Specialty Coffee Association — three years of immersion in the art of specialty coffee.

Crafted for the Indian Palate

While many specialty coffees lean towards high acidity, our roasts are balanced, smooth, and curated specifically for Indian coffee lovers — depth without overpowering sharpness.

Beyond Just Coffee

From coffee-infused foods to signature cocktails and personalised roasting experiences, we push the boundaries of what coffee can be.

Specialty Meets Accessibility

While high-end brands can feel exclusive, we bridge the gap — making world-class specialty coffee approachable and enjoyable for everyone.

Learning from the Colombia model.

Colombia was historically an export-driven coffee economy, with most of its finest beans shipped overseas. As domestic consumption began to rise, so did local expertise, appreciation and awareness. Public cuppings and consumer education played a key role in transforming coffee from a commodity into a cultural product.

Colombia, then

Export-heavy. Domestic consumption rose. Public cuppings & producer-led engagement turned coffee into a knowledge-driven product.

India, now

Mirrors a similar trajectory. Sudden demand for high-quality beans consumed domestically. Pour Over accelerates that literacy through public cuppings & producer engagement.

How we are different.

  • We provide farm-to-consumer transparency
  • We encourage producer involvement in the Indian market
  • Education-first growth strategy
  • Specialty coffee made approachable
  • Not just another café — a knowledge ecosystem
